Vision 1.0 is an automatic register control system with control and adjusting of both longitudinal and transversal axis for high efficiency during production. The concept is simple: specific references are printed on the web and digitally acquired by a video camera. All the information about register deviations are subsequently elaborated by the main dedicated control system, which, through a dedicated software, immediately repositions the axes reaching the perfect register. All this pressing one single start button! Vision 1.0 system allows to reduce dramatically the set-up times and waste during start-up, optimizing productivity.
